A multi-message interaction between your bot and an end-user is considered as a conversation, regardless of the number of messages. One conversation will expire after 24 hours if there is no interaction between the end-user and bot.

We will not send your invoices by email. You can access your invoices in your profile under ‘Payment History’. You can then click on the icon and get your invoice in PDF format.
If you choose to cancel your subscription within the first 14 days, no charges will be applied to you. Once you have made a payment then your Plan will remain active for the remainder of the month/year, until your next Payment Date. You will not get charged any additional fees at the time of Plan termination.

In your profile you will have an available Monthly Counter. Also, we'll send you an email each time as you get close to your conversation limit, and again when you've used up all of your number of conversations. If you use up all your conversation allowance for the month, you have the option of increasing your counter to the next level. We will reset back to the original counter at the end of the month.
